Enter sing fountain
I now that there's a burrow in the arcane area that leads to sing fountain but i don't know how to enter. How?

The sing fountain isn't real, its just a rumor. You can not evolve in this game, and that hole/burrow or whatever it is in the. Arcane area doesn't do anything (that is as far as I know, I've tried everything, offerings, befriended all pokemon, and the x99 but none of it worked. I also looked everywhere for an answer.) Anyone who says they evolved is lying (or using hacks).

You need all 40 vast white quils to enter

I belive You must befriend all, pokemon, power all To max, and have discovered each area and secret in order for it To work.
