Friends with abra?
Everytime i get close to abra he dissapears, how do i befriend him?

You have to get a plushy and give it to him

Make sure he's near stairs then give him a plush/ i forgot if he befriends or battle/chase.

You get a melady box from meoth and get close to him. when you see music notes above his head then talk to him.

Either buy a plush or phonograph from Meowth (I recommend you have the phonograph make music–not weird sounds–) climb 1 of the staircases talk to Abra & he'll befriend you with out battle/chase/hide-n-seek.
