Where is dusknoir in the tech area?

He will be in the scienctorium if u get him, use snivy to jump over boxes to get to him.

He's not exactly in the scientorium. He's in the area just before, where the elevator is. I found him without having to jump over any boxes, but I'm sure in some cases he will be behind the boxes.
