Im really not sure i really want the 1904 yankees uniforms but im not sure that there is even a way to unlock them!! :(

You have to earn coins on gameday challenges and then go to my skybox and then go to unlokables jerseys cost 100 coins and staduims cost 1000 coins

On mlb 2k 12 to get retro uniforms u need to play franchise and save points and by them.
