Why cant I find the Canton Greats?

I cant seem to find the Canton Greats or cheats (on the Wii) to possibly unlock them and i would like to know if they are even on the game for this system.

I believe to get the Canton Greats you had to Pre-order it I asked the same question to GameStop and that's what they said
