I can't get to 100%

I have all the items and all the characters but it is showing that my game is only 99.8% complete. Is there something I'm missing?

I had the exact same problem, really wound me up. But i managed to just do 100%! I went to the batcave and created a custom person, saved my custom person. And low and behold 100% complete. Hope that helps
