On the first level how do i get into the room on the left in the basement

After Riddler had blown down the wall, if you go into the room on the left with the gold padlock on the door, destroy everything in the room then you will see a blue motorbike on the wall, if you are Cyborg you can move the bike which crashed through the floor. Drop through here and head to the left, up the ladder and your there
