What are the cheat codes, Extra Toggle & Beep Beep used for? Also, if u have extra hearts and able to regenerate hearts, do you need also need invincibility? Thank you

Extra toggle I'm not sure about but the beeb beeb cheat is for any car, if you want invincibility you can have it you can but if you have them both on at the same time there's no need to.
