Game Glitch-Joker
My game has a glitch when I go to get the Joker on top of Ace chemicals, he'll be there for half a second and then blink out of existence. His goons will pop up and try to kill me but Joker won't come back so I can buy him, help! is there a cheat code I can enter where I can just have him or does anyone have any suggestions? Without him I can't finish the game :(

Turn off all cheat codes and then move away from where joker would be but stay on the roof, then go back to where joker would be and beat up His goons and he should be there

I had the same problem and i just beat up all his goons for 10 minutes then he came to me
