How do I get minikit in Destination Metropolis?

How do I get minikit in Destination Metropolis? It is in a cage hanging from the ceiling inside the ship. I tried to shatter it. This level does not give you the bat suit that has rockets to blow it up. I tried using pengiun but he cannot stay on ledge long enough to release penguin bombs. Please help.

You just get minikit finder and follow the arrows.
