Can't get Joker
I've completed everything and can view the Joker on the map, but as soon as I get to his spot by the Ace Chemicals sign, he disappears and I can't get him... Glitch or am I missing something?

When your not there the people (such as bane or Mr.Freeze) WILL go underground I have no idea why but when you near its a bit hard to get them to pop out of the ground. So you might want to leave and come back and if he is still not there then yeah it's a glitch. Sorry about your luck! >XD
