Flying Block in the Beginning?

In the area where you have to use castle rubble to get to the train station, I was checking before I left to be sure I didn't miss anything. I look into the sky, and what do I see? A random flying blue rectangle. Is it of any relevance or is it just a glitch or eatser-egg? Is anyone else seeing this?
