How to continue past Train Tunnels

While in the Train Tunnels, I failed at repairing the dioramas and Abe, the robot, is dead. I can't get past the third diorama. I tried going back and fixing past dioramas, but that isn't working. How can I continue?

I Think you can't fix it. you have to start all over again. that's how i did it.
