How get the valves for fountain in rome

Well you must get all the valves to open the door i believe. I am still stuck on that level but the first valve is under the water where the fountain is, use gloria to get there. under the water as you know there is a door in the corner blocked off, smash it with bubbles and go though it. As you know when you get in you need to go up slanted stairs and there is a red wheel thong on side of wall on top slant. Use b button on wii remote and use nunchuk to turn the thing around and water sprouts out of the fountain.
