How do you free Alex and Marty from jail in Pisa without animal control catching us?? Weve tried for 2 days now and cannot get past it

Just use one player, get to the cage, hit B for action, and let the bar go up and down until it is up in the green area, hit A, you will knock down the cage door. Then run for the exit (follow Alex and Marty).
