Gloria has to go to the opposite side from where marty is "trapped," climb up to the top of the building, drop down and interact with the boat that has a pole. The boat will automatically move into position. Then use the catapult to shoot Marty to the boat.

You need team work between marty and gloria....so you have to use marty first and you should find some capons you can jump on them and you should find some trouble u can pass easily, then you should find an individual crate press B to make marty kick it and it should make a long jump ramp don't jump yet bec. marty hates water and there is nothing to stop him from landing in the water that's where gloria comes along you should find a boat you can hip-check!the boat ;D to make it move to the area marty should jump on... so after gloria you use marty and jump to the otherside... and you know the rest of the story

OK. To do it u have to go to the building, interact with the door, then be Marty and interact with the ramp (u have to build the ramp first), he'll go through it and land in the boat
