Paris-Mission 2 Missing Cars?

There are no cars at all on my Wii game. The video shows Alex jumping from a green car to a post and then on to a light post and roof. I am unable to complete my task as there are no cars to jump from. Is there another way.

Yes, jump from the edge and try to walk! It will work! (it is a glitch) will take 10-12 tries.
