How do you get up the rocks to get chest to get the ice charm?

If you are referring to the charm in the coastal mission (you will find that it is actually the wind charm) you must go past the charm (and many others) and follow the path into the castle and defeat the rock troll and 3 wolves(??) then you will get the charm. The path will circle you back to this point and you will be able to get the chest.
