I dont now how to get a horse. What i must do?

There is one next to minas tirith and helms deep but if you go to far away from the place you them you atomically jump off and the horse runs back to where you found it it was a totally stupid idea

Of coarse you don't have to get a horse to get some place faster use the decorative horseshoes you run the same speed as a horse
