You defeat a certain amount of orcs before you cross the bridge and you will get moria orc helmet

Actually as soon as you enter the large area with the sections of broken stairs (when Gimli says: Not the beard"), you shoot a target on a hanging skeleton and the Moria Orc Helmet will fall to the ground.
