How do u get up the rain spout on the brick bldg on level 2?? I know it's something obvious!

After the stairs all the way to the right side of the game (where the wheel barrow hits u), Felix has to jump over to platform, then u can complete the level. I never figured out how to get all the coins at Felix's penthouse building.
