How do i unlock level 5?

How do i unlock level 5 on wreck it ralph? I beat all 3 worlds up to level 4. I have an easter egg for each level on every world and a gold medal am i missing something?

I also had this problem. i got all the medals and all the easter eggs, but the boss battles are all locked. maybe some of the games just don't unlock right.
