Stuck on Level 15
The open the door with the 2 beams the left side is ok, but I can't get up to the push block on the right hand side? I watched a level walk through and it seems the block is in a different start position in my game compared to the walk through? Is this a glitch or am I missing something very obvious !? Thanks for any help with this I have a very angry 5 year old at the moment!

Sounds like you're talking about the end door, right? Just after rolling the Roboto-ball down some ramps to open a door to fight a sniper, a couple of those knights with humongous swords, and a few of the guys with giant laser-firing shields, right? (Have a Giant pick up the rock in the corner for a secret, BTW).
After the monster gate is one of those Weapons Master recordings, which declares this big round door to lead to the Grand Imperial Palace. Up a short staircase you're at the bottom of a LARGE staircase. Left is pretty straight-forward, right is a pain, no surprise you're having trouble. You have to solve this puzzle without the beam to show you the way.
As soon as you move right, there's a round button on the floor that lowers 2 blocks. One block was blocking the light beam, the other is to the right of the button, and now you can't walk across it. In the walkthrough either you missed him hit the button again, or he managed to avoid it in the first place. Just hit it again, making sure to walk off of it on the right. Beam blocked, path present.
Walk across and behind (right) of the push block, push it left and down to continue the path. Then walk across it and in front of the tower (two blocks and a crystal). Push it up, then left twice, dropping the two blocks, then push the crystal down once to line up with the other crystal.
Once the crystal is in place, you can go back to the button to lower the two blocks. If you did it right, the beam will unlock the other side and you can go through the door.
