Oh my! So I thought perhaps I could out run it, but you can't leave that area. Corner it in the back in the water. Switch the gun to rifle and use the scope/hold breath to shoot vital organs until she runs through the tunnel. As you get to the other side of tunnel, be ready for her to charge again. I used shotgun to kill her finally.
