Wheres my jigglypuff
Ok heres the deal.. i have cleared classic with all the characters in both easy and normal.. and i have also cleared event 20 in easy, normal and difficult. thats the 2 things for getting jigglypuff.. but no matter what i do i still dont have one yet.. is there something im doing wrong or if there a different way to get one for people who have a similar problem please, please, please tell me.
