How do i unlock the outfits to the characters needed to play their "secondary" stories?

the only ones i haven't gotten is kooh's "full body" racoon outfit or whatever and max's "groovy" outfit that apparently will look rather unique, but for those who haven't unlocked the rest... they are all unlockable in pangya festa... just keep winning... anyone?
