What is that planet?

There's a planet in good egg galaxy that's made of flip switches and has 2 black holes near it. What I want to Know is can you get to this planet?

Yes you can how you ask simply enter dino piranah plant when you get to the planet with the giant rock's launching go enter the pipe with the piranah plant in it then you will be at that planet.
