How do i get them .i have beat everything else but they will not appear. i have 104 stars.

Pay a luma that is close to the terrace 20 star bits, to do this put move it! and it will show the map with purple comet logos

Actually you have to beat the last level for purple comets to show up.

Occasionly the game sets it so none of them appear at once so you need to pay the luma
