What i do is i use the nome cheat to get 200,000. then kepp moving your sim to different homes

You can "schedule" your sim to do one thing after another, so check what he/she needs most. if she needs to take a shower, click "take shower" and then click something like "get snack" so when she's done showering, she will get a snack.

There is a cheat to refill you motive, I don't know what things you need to press, I'll ask someone else, here is how to activate the big cheat. Hold B , press this on the d- pad up left down right. You will hear a sound like a sparkle then look in you front yard. You will see a gnome. Click it and you will see give sim $. After that you do this cheat to do things like playing the piano or some like weight lifting easy. Hold B then do up 3 times then down 3 times. Then go to the gnome again and you will find this, Increase: logic ... Press any thing. Then buy any skill thing and you can do the skill thing really well. Also if you do the money cheat a lot then you can go to the town park ( press the green arrow at the end of the sidewalk) and go to the ATM behind one of the shops. ( if you run out of money you can activate the cheat gnome at the park too.) (the cheat gnome will be near a bathroom) you can buy anything at the park. Any dog at the pet shop anything with the pet points! Hope I helped!
