Question & Answers
German Campaign - Operation Mercury
I'm playing at Normal level. Pretty simple objective, protect the 3 German paratrooper planes. I laugh when the announcer says "we have superior fighters" the only problem is you're the only fighter. After a dozen or so tries I was able to get 2 of my planes through the first wave only to encounter a second wave of fighters. The best I have ever done is shoot down 13 planes but eventually all of my paratrooper planes get shot down. Can you actually get through this mission on your own or are you going to need a second fighter (person) to join you so you can complete the mission.

This is a tough level to play without the jet. If you play it on easy even this is hard to get through. You have to attack the enemy as soon as you get within range and just keep on firing at them. Don't worry about the hits you take just keep blasting them out of the sky. You might loose 2 of your transports but at least you will get past this level. Also try to shoot the enemy planes closest to you transport planes if possible even if you are being shot at. If you loose all 3 transports of course the game is over
