Ive come first place in banana cup but i still don't have leaf cup

You need to do both shell cup and banana cup and get 3rd or better in the parade at the end of all 4 tracks.

Going off cellcell8, you just need to win (in the grand prinx) the shell and banana cup 3rd or higher.
