How are some players able to use "stars", "giant mushrooms", "bomb", etc. at will?

Players that are in position 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th have a very high chance of getting these items so that they can catch up by attacking those in front, if you are in the lead you really have no need of these items.

I now how to check wins and losses all you need to do is go into the user select screen and select your user and there should be a little blue circle click on that.

You need to be like near 12th place to get those powers. like 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 or 12.if you are like in 4 3 2 or 1st you don't really need those. you can also get a bullets in 7 8 9 10 11 or 12th to.

Sometimes they are hackers and they have a special channel to cheat, so even if they are in 1st, they will still be able to have the Bullet Bill or the Super Star.
