That's Kicks! He works in the city in front of that broken down door. The reason you don't see him is because he only works on nice sunny days. You'll most likely see him anytime in the spring. He probably won't show up in the winter. (P.S. just so you recognize him, He's a bluish skunk whering a british cap!)

If you go to the city on the bus there is a man infront of a borded up door on a step. He isn't there when it rains. Talk to him.

It's really easy just say "Match my color" to shine your shoes back to original red or "Match my style" and he will shine you shoes to match your most noticeable color. ( ex. orange dots on a gracie grace shirt, or a green headband. ) Hope this helps!

Kicks is real. He's the shoeshine guy and he's a skunk. He sits on the steps to a boarded up door on sunny days. The door is between the auction house and Shampoodles. He is not there if the clouds are gray, it is raining ir it is snowing.
