Yo can trust me i know EVERYTING there is to know about Wisp. First, usually on a random day, you will come across an empty lamp. If you DO find one, wait until 8:00. His voice will usually be near water like rivers or the ocean. Be sure to carry the lamp with you! Once you find him he will ask you to find his lamp. Talk to him again and you will say you found his lamp. He will teleport to your attic. Go to our attic and talk to him. He will grant you one wish. He will either weed your town, get rid of all the cockroaches in your town or give you a random item. He will then dissapear. There is a chance you will find him again. Hope ths helped!

When you find Wisp, wait until after 12am or time travel, then just walk around for a little while, don't be put off if he doesn't arrive straight away, it may take about 30 minutes. He will tell you to go in his direction and eventually he'll appear. He'll ask you to find his empty lamp. When you talk to him again you'll say you found his lamp. You must rub his lamp in the attic and when you have, he'll appear and say he'll either de-weed your town, get rid of all of the cockroaches, or give you a peice on furniture. Then he'll disappear into his lamp again. Booker doesn't say if Wisp is in town. It's also fun to sell Wisp's lamp at Tom Nook's store! Thank you I hope this helped.
