My town is strange.... only rain

It depends how long you have been playing on i had it on ds and it rained for a month but if it anylonger than that i would reset it however if you start again and it rains again dont restart because it is ether the game or the wii is faulty hope this helps

Its most likely because you have been changeing the time to your liking if not then its faulty best thing to do is fast foward the date on DS or WII then change the date to the same date as the wii on your game so its tricked into thinking thats the real time if it still rains then restart tho i wouldit do that if i where you i restarted and lost my super toilet and i have been playing none stop to try and get it because i really want a bathroom in my apartment i keep changeing the date to see if Tom Nook has any type of toilet by the way i have NookWay

Tey changing the date to some time in summer. or your wii is faulty. whatever you do dont restart that will stuff you up and any of tom nook's shop upgrades will be lost. by the way i've got nookingtons!!!

Just restart your game to another town but if it is still raining take your game into the shop where you bought it and tell them

Don't restart. Maybe it's either a rainy season or a rainy area. Whatever it is it doesn't mean you should start over.
