In each 16x16 square of your town there needs to be:
- no weeds
- 15/20 trees
- and 20 flowers

*measure it out with a shovel, hope that helped.

Make sure there are no weeds, lots of trees, many flowers.

when it says greenery it means forestration. get more trees
