How do u get on the ledge which leeds to another level of land?

First you need to fill your inventory with shuvels.then you need to put them in the bin at the townhall and come back to the game the game on a sunday(if you already are on a sunday it will not work i have tried that)..then go to the north-west part of your town and say "i'm leaving!".then there will be a moll say "why do you want to leave".then you say "i'm free!".there you go you are on the otherside of the ledge.
