All i want is to get the silver shovel but every night after 8pm i go there he int there. can someone please tell me a specific date when they have seen him?

There is no actual date if the cones are moved then hes there if they aren't moved then try the next night or time travel!!!!

Oh u need to drop the iteam that u want to turn silver in the well to get the well give quite a lot of money to the the town hall then there you go u got youself a well so drop ur iteam in the well
