To find resetti in the city, you have to go there after 8:00 p.m. on any given day. don't go up the stairs, but rather take a right immediately as you get off the bus. normally, there would be two cones there blocking your way to go any further, but on a random day, one of the cones moves aside so you can go back there. that is resetti's surveillance center. talk to him, and if you promise to keep his surveillance center a secret, he'll give you the silver shovel.

Its simple, go 2 the city at 8pm, go over 2 the right where shampoodle is there are 2 cones there, 1 of them is out of place, follow the bright light in2 resetti's little tunnel!

Usually you just change the time to 8:00pm on a random day dont use the stairs when you get their just keep walking to the right and sometimes the cones are set aside so that you can enter you will find resseti talk to him then he will give you a silver shovel.

You just go to the right not up to the right oh on a random day after 8 and if a cones moved go in and u getta goldn shuvl if u promise to keep resettis hideout a secret... hope it helped plz say it did
