Where is resetti's surveillance center?
I know its in the city but where in the city?

On the level with the bus stop - towards the right (i think) - usually blocked with traffic cones

I dont think so ... because its always blocked by the traffic cones i'll have to try it

It's down to the right where the cones are but on only one day of the week i you go after 8pm they will be moved to the side and you can go there. i was there on a thursday but it changes all the time, an resetti gives you a silver shovel ;)

No, this doesn't work. i've tried it like 10 times and the cones just never move. they're there all day and when i come back they still haven't moved.
