Well it depends on your town festivals come at all differet times! i know that kk slider comes and sings in the caffe in the musem on saterdays at 6:00 and in town the bloon man comes ever so oftern. but other then that keep checking the notice board and ask the dog on the left ( i forgot his name) in the town gates or news :) hope this helps you :d xx

There is a halloweeen festival on 31st october and all the way through october u buy candy and trade it in 4 stuff on 31st to sme dude named jack hope this helps x :p
