Once you have paid off your mortgage, you can extend your house. making it look bigger on the inside and outside. then you start paying for that mortgage and so on... ;)

U justt relax save ur money and buy anything put all ur money in the bank and u can get anything plus wen u get 1,000,000 bells in ur account and leave it thr u get sent a box of tissues in the post from the town hall well i think u do coz i did that in animal crossing wild world.
