How do you find some of the residents house key?

You talk to them then you go to rivers and fish in each one until you find the key there hidden in a random lake each time its a different one

Make sure you look in the rivers and not the oceans because it wont be in the ocean.

You go fishing for it in the river. I tend to stick near their house and where they usually walk but if you can't find it then it doesn't matter and they don't yell at you because my neighbour once lost his key in the river and I never found it but when I logged on the next day he was in his house and when I spoke to him he just said "Now look who's here, buh-kay. It's *****! Now whaddaya want?"

Ok if you see an animal outside of their house talk to them and they will say they lost their house key. now go to the river and you will see a fish thats about bluegill size (small, not extra small) and then focus and catch it. if you give the key to your neighbor, they will give 300 bells or something like that. p.s. i did this on city folk
