Phliss and her annoyingness!
I previousley asked a question on moving into my mates town and all the answers where talk to pelly, she will help you, so i did so... but whenever my mates come it's always that phllis :( man she's annoying :)

If you talk to phyliss she is a teenager (nineteen-ish) who's little sister pelly is cheerful and smiley (she's about fifteen). pelly fancies pete the mailman, who in turn thinks that she is babyish and wants a relationship with phyliss. if you shoot pete down (9am 2 weekdays a week or 6pm on the same day as when you shot them down in the morning) you can unlock mini-episodes to talk to phyliss and be friends with them
