The two locked rooms in valka castle are these:

treasure vault-to get in dive with oceane and examine the door with a hole in then talk to her

prince's room- go to the mermaids ballroom and feed the lionfish to moove it then check the sparkling thing on the throne to get a key then press a on the locked door to unlock it
