Can you change clothes on endless ocean 2?

Yes, to a limited extent. you can buy swimsuits or dive gear (or sometimes be awarded gear for certain quests/events) that you can select by clicking the "change gear" area next to the cabin entrance on nineball island. you'll be able to see the changes that you've made the next time you dive. as far as the shirts/shorts that you wear on nineball island--i don't think that can change. except for if you equip a swimsuit and go take a shower.
