Question & Answers
Getting experience points
Why?? can't I get anymore experience points so I can buy upgrades?
Answer from: Micheelleee Foo
To Get Upgrade points You Have To Fill The XP Bar & I Think That Gives You Upgrade Points. The XP Bar (Yellow) Is The Bar On the Other side from the nitro bar (Blue)

The XP bar fills when you do things like have long-ish airtime, drive on two wheels, narrowly miss civilians, etc. It will fill really slow though, so you may not even notice. Hope this Helps.

It's a year later, but I have that problem too. Doesn't matter what I do, the XP bar won't fill. I can "earn" XP, but I don't gain any of it.

Well what I do is I got to any area on the map where cars drive through all the time, and I start blowing up the cars and the cop cars and after you have blown up a certain amount of cop cars they won't come to their duty in that area you are in so than you can blow up all of the survillians cars in the area you are in and after a couple of cars you have been blowing up you will get heaps of Upgrade points and after a while of blowing up cars you will also unlock Character bio's, Concept art's and New Vehicles and yeah that pretty much all, And it really helps me alot.
