Where is the red book in costington's manor.

You will find the red book in the upstairs bedroom ( off the right side balcony) you will need to hit the statue on the right side of the bed to make the head tilt over. when this happens the portrait on the wall above the bed opens up and... presto! the red book is sitting on a shelf.
