Three spinning plates

I used the minus button to pause when i got green on one, repositioned the hand then pressed a to restart. did this for each plate until they got close to th same level. it still takes a while, but it does work. also, don't twirl the controler. it does better shaking it vigorously side to side

Dear jay can you explain more clearly beacause this is the last thing i need to do to pass to the science lab.

The easist method I found was to start with one plate at a time. I started with the plate on the left. I spun that until the meter reached the far right (fully in the green). I then spun the second plate until it too was fully in the green (bar completely to the right). I then went BACK to the first plate and respun it to get it back to full green. I then tackled the third plate. At this point my middle plate needed to get back in the green, but that didn't take long to fix. You may need to respin another plate or two if you're not quite fast enough (although the shaking method works rather well).

To recap :

1. Spin left plate until meter is fully green.
2. Spin middle plate until meter is fully green.
3. Spin left plate again to get meter back to full green.
4. Spin right plate until meter is fully green.
5. Spin middle plate again to get meter back to full green.
6. Spin left plate again if needed.
