Town Evolution Question
What are the levels of evolution and how do you accomplish them?

Theyre are many lvls of evolution you get a new one frm doing a simple task in specific places

I know of 2 town evolutions:
1) Go to the sports shack and buy a kite surfing board, then go to the ocean and get to where you are swimming and pull it out of your inventory and play on the water until the "town evolution" pops up in the top right corner.
2) Go to the supermarket and buy 100x catfish that are 3 stars. then put them in ur fridge and sleep for a bit. then get them all out and sell ALL 100 of them back to the store. that should upgrade a building.
